SPLC Music in Worship, Choirs, Ensembles

Music plays an important role at SPLC. The ministry of music at St. Philip’s offers several opportunities for people of all ages to discover, develop and share their musical gifts.  Many instrumentalists and singers who support strong congregational singing provide music leadership in worship.

Young people and adults who are interested in singing in this dynamic music ministry are invited to contact Kelsey Wormley, Children's Choir Director, or just come to any rehearsal, anytime, to “check it out.”   Or if you are interested in Bells contact LuAnn Roiger.  You do not have to be a member of St. Philip's to be a part of any of the following groups.  All are welcome!  Come and see!

Song Leaders and Cantors

Confident singers who are comfortable in leading liturgy are invited to become part of this unique group of musicians. Song leaders and cantors are needed to sing solo parts in various worship services. Soloists who are interested in auditioning for this ministry are invited to contact Ellen Diischer, for more information.
