If you have a printout of your child's immunizations, you do not have to copy the dates onto the form.

To be filled out by your child's doctor and turned in before the first day of school

Preschool Registration

 Fall registration begins at our open house from 5:30-6:30pm on February 17th

A nonrefundable $60 registration fee should accompany your completed and signed registration form. Two health forms will also be needed before your child begins school. The immunization form may be filled out and signed by the parent. A printout of immunizations is also acceptable. The Health Care Summary must be completed and signed by your child's healthcare provider. Forms must be on file by the first day of class. Please note that children should be able to use the toilet and dress independently.

Sessions offered for the 2026-27 preschool year

Monday, Wednesday, Friday                    9am-noon                  Tuition: $220/month

Tuesday and Thursday                             9am-noon                  Tuition: $185/month

Monday through Friday                            9am-noon                   Tuition: $330/month
